Tiaara.com offers flexible and reliable shipping with:
- Shipping cost includes shipping and handling.
- The price of the merchandise must meet the required amount in order to receive complimentary shipping.
- Multiple items totaling the required amount will not receive free shipping if sent to multiple addresses.
- Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States, and do not ship internationally.
- Taxes, Duties and Brokerage fees will be included during checkout.
- All shipping fees are in USD
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
Once we receive your order, we take care of it right away so you can get your merchandise ASAP! All tiaara.com orders are generally processed within one (1) to two (2) business days and then shipped to you immediately, according to your preferred method of shipping.
SHIPPING YOUR ORDER
You’ll receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number.
If your delivery is over $500 we require a signature for delivery regardless of any waivers you have from FedEx®. If your delivery is under $500 and shipped FedEx Priority Overnight®, FedEx® may require a signature.
Since jewelry is often given for special occasion, we will be extremely flexible to help you create a wonderful surprise. We can expedite your delivery for a fast-approaching special occasion, or we can ship your order to an address other than your home to help you maintain your surprise
In the event that your order can’t be shipped, we’ll contact you within two (2) business days to let you know why your shipment has been held up. Your credit card will not be charged until the order has been shipped.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
We'll send you an email - and a text if you choose that option - with your tracking number and estimated arrival date. You can also check the progress on the Order Status page on TIAARA.COM or use the tracking number on your chosen carrier's website.
Change your mind? If you want to cancel or change your order, for any reason, please contact us at email@example.com and make sure to include your tiaara.com order number or call 1-800-tiaara, as soon as possible.
We’ll try to stop the order from going through, but keep in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers as fast and as efficiently as possible. We can’t change or cancel an order once its journey to you has begun. So, if your order can’t be canceled, just return it to tiaara.com according to our return policy.
